Fair Usage Policy
At TruewayVoIP LLC, we want all of our customers to get the best plans of service possible, at the lowest possible price. Plans are called (but not limited to) ‘Sip Trunk’ or ‘vFax’ or ‘Seats’. This Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our subscriptions by a small number of users.
Subject to this FUP, TruewayVoIP, LLC’s unlimited subscriptions allow unlimited calls to landlines and mobile phones in the USA (excluding special, premium, service and non-geographic numbers). Calls may be disconnected and require a re-dial after a longer than normal duration. Unusual calling patterns inconsistent with normal, individual subscription use, for example, regular calls of short duration or calls to multiple numbers in a short period of time. If your inbound or outbound call volume is much higher than our average number of calls across other users in our platform you will be asked to adjust your pricing. If Trueway is asked by the customer to forward all inbound calls to another number the customer will be asked to either limit the number of call paths based on 50% of the number of “seats” you subscribe to, or pay a fee for forwarding (fees are often times billed at 34.95 per additional call path or even per minute usage when unlimited is desired).
Using subscriptions for telemarketing or call centre operations;
Re-selling subscription minutes;
Sharing subscriptions between users whether via a PBX, call centre, computer or any other means;
