During the COVID-19 pandemic, Trueway VoIP has diligently worked to serve and assist our customers and the community – especially our local first responders. At Trueway, approximately 50 percent of our clientele includes those involved in the medical and healthcare fields, such as hospitals and doctor’s offices.
During the shelter-in-place, it was imperative that these locations and businesses were continually operating and functioning. Also, it was necessary that specific personnel within these fields, such as nurse practitioners and those working within billing departments, were able to work from home successfully.
For those who were required to work remotely, Trueway helped to ensure business operations and productions were not compromised.
• We created secure VPNs for customers electing to work from home; in some cases, at no charge. Secure VPNs allowed our customers’ data to remain protected, helped optimize their network performance, and ensured all essential deadlines were met while working from home.
• We provided free power supplies to our VoIP customers, enabling successful connection to their home routers – allowing ongoing communication with colleagues, customers, and patients. To ensure customer satisfaction, we continually confirmed connectivity.
For those who were required to practice social distancing at the office, we were able to help them, too.
